How the Center Works

The Center provides services for organizations that:

• Understand the organization’s past solutions and successes may not guarantee future viability and success.
  
  
• Are willing to challenge the underlying problems that continue to plague the organization, regardless of previous restructuring efforts.
   
• Wish to create a new understanding of their organization’s competencies and to capitalize on that knowledge for rapid response to changing environments.
  
  
• Have become frustrated with previous efforts to restructure, reorganize, or reform their operations and/or new product or service initiatives.
