The center is currently working on several projects including:

• A Wallace Foundation and Iowa Department of Education Grant exploring innovative school governance structures.
  
  
• A project to redesign an early childhood educational delivery system.
  
  
• Conducting a redesign with the leadership of several non-profit organizations involved in business, healthcare and community service.
  
  
• Two community redesign efforts.
   
• Systems study groups through both the Center and the Iowa Quality Center.
  
  
• On-going workshops, seminars, and presentations as requested.
