Experienced Leaders and Consultants

The Center is supported by and through local systems designers as well as nationally and internationally known experts in systems design work.

Trace Pickering
Trace has 18 years of experience in public and private enterprise and has studied systems under Leddick and Gharajedaghi for four years. Trace provides the Center’s local expertise and works to build both the client base and local capacity to conduct system design work. Trace serves as the Center’s project coordinator.

Susan Leddick
Susan has over 25 years of experience in total quality and systems design. Susan’s understanding of both continuous improvement and systems design provides a unique and rich perspective that adds considerable value to any design. Susan is a consultant and designer with an extensive national practice who serves the Center as coach, consultant and technical advisor.

Jamshid Gharajedaghi
Jamshid has over 30 years of experience with the practice of systems methodology in design and the development of business architecture, planning, learning and control systems. His work has taken him into corporations and government agencies around the world for both public and private concerns. Jamshid serves as mentor and advisor to the Center and is available through the Center for large-scale redesign efforts.
